Parents Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA)

We are very grateful to our PTFA, who support the school in many ways. The biggest PTFA fundraiser of the year is the Charmouth Challenge, but many other events take place through the year to raise funds, develop links between families and provide different experiences for our children. Their fundraising helps with the costs of trips, transport for swimming, special visitors, books and resources to support active learning.

2020-2021 was a strange year for our PTFA as many events, including the Charmouth Challenge, had to be cancelled. Despite this, the Charmouth Challange was completed virtually and have made plans for the year ahead.

Virtual Charmouth Challenge and Fun Run 2021

This August, runners and walkers across the country and beyond took part in the Virtual Charmouth Challenge and Fun Run 2021. Fantastic supporters from Cornwall to Romania raised £878.30 for the PTFA, which will benefit every child at Charmouth Primary School. We are looking forward to 2022 when we hope to meet in person for the 40th Charmouth Challenge and Fun Run!
